Sumalang sa tatlong araw na Tactical Combat Medical Care ang mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard.
Ang nangasiwa sa pagsasanay ay ang EOD Unit ng Philippine Army at Medical Unit ng US Army Special Operations.
Sa nasabing pagsasanay, itinuro ang techniques sa basic management plans sa care under fire, tactical field care, at tactical evaluation care.
Nagsagawa din ng simulations sa tactical combat medical care application sa Jolo Pier.
Ang naturang pagsasanay ay sa pakikipag-ugnayan ng Coast Guard sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, at counterparts sa United States Military.
