Kahun-kahong duck blood galing China nakumpiska sa Maynila

Aabot sa labingapat na kahon ng duck blood mula China ang nakumpiska ng Veterinary Inspection Board Special Enforcement Squad ng Maynila.

Ito ay matapos salakayin ang isang bodega sa harap ng Salgado Market na may mga kontrabando.

Ayon kay Dr, Nick Santos chief ng VIB, inatasan siya ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno na magsagawa ng inspeksyon para tiyakin na ligtas ang mga mamimili lalo na ngayon panahon ng Pasko.

Kinumpiska ang mga duck blood dahil sa paglabag sa R.A 10611 o Food Safety Act of the Phil. and D.A AO no 26 series of 2005

Ayon kay Santos, nasa Department of Trade and Industry at Manila Business Permit Office na ang reklamo laban sa may-ari ng duck blood.

Samantala, nakumpiska naman ang 63 na piraso ng assorted canned goods sa lucky 29 store sa 525 Ilang-Ilang Street sa Binondo, Manila.

Kinumpiska ang mga canned goods na galing China dahil sa walang english translation na paglabag naman sa Republic Act 7394 o Consumers Act of the Phil., RA 10611 o Food Safety Act of the Phil.
