SMC President at COO Ramon Ang naglabas ng “personal apology” sa aksidenteng nangyari sa Skyway; tulong sa mga biktima tiniyak
Humingi ng paumanhin si San Miguel Corporation President at COO Ramon S. Ang kaugnay sa nangyaring aksidente sa Skyway Extension project site sa Cupang, Muntinlupa.
Kasabay nito ay tiniyak ni Ang sa mga biktima na tutulungan sila ng SMC.
Ayon kay Ang, bagaman ang proyekto ay pinamamahalaan ng project contractor na EEI Corporation, bilang project proponent ay responsibilidad ng SMC na tiyaking maibigay ang tulong sa mga biktima.
“Even with a contractor handling construction, ultimately, we are responsible for the welfare of those who were affected. I would like to personally apologize to the victims and their families, as well as to our larger community in Muntinlupa,” ayon kay Ang.
Tiniyak din ni Ang na magsasagawa ng malalimang imbestigasyon sa insidente at sinigurong ang SMC at ang contractor na EEI ay gagawa ng mga hakbang para hindi na ito maulit.
