Kabilang ang probinsya ng Rizal sa mga sinalanta ng Typhoon Ulysses.

Ilang residente sa Barangay Burgos sa bayan ng Rodriquez ang naapektuhan ng pagbaha dulot ng malakas ng ulan.

Nagsagawa ang Bureau of Fire Protection National Capital Region Special Rescue Unit ng rescue operations sa nasabing barangay, Huwebes ng umaga (November 12).

Kabilang sa mga nasagip ang mga residente sa Dela Costa Subdivision, Estrella at Marigold.
