12 economic measures ng administrasyon, prayoridad ng Kamara

Prayoridad ng Kamara ang pagtalakay at pagpapatibay sa 12 economic measures ng administrasyon.

Sabi ni House Majority Leader Martin Romualdez, nakatanggap siya ng utos mula kay Speaker Lord Allan Velasco upang unahin ang 12 panukala na inendorso ni Finance Secretary Sonny Dominguez bilang bahagi ng legislative priorities ng ahensya.

Sa 12 economic measures, lima dito ay nasa ilalim ng period of interpellation sa plenaryo habang pito ang nasa deliberasyon sa committee level.

Kabilang sa economic measures na nakasalang na sa plenaryo ang Government Financial Institutions Unified Initiatives to Distressed Enterprises for Economic Recovery (GUIDE), Digital Transactions Value Added Tax, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Modernization Program, Fiscal Mining Regime, at Internet Transactions Act/E-Commerce Law.

Pending pa naman sa komite ang Military and Uniformed Personnel (MUP) Services Separation, Retirement, and Pension Bill, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Modernization Bill, Coconut Farmers Trust Fund Bill, Department of Water Resources and Water Regulatory Commission Bill, Warehouse Receipts Bill, National Disease Prevention and Management Authority Bill at National Land Use Bill.

Kumpiyansa naman si Romualdez na sa susunod na taon ay maipapasa na ang mga nasabing economic measures.

Makakatulong aniya ang mga panukala para sa pagpapasigla muli sa ekonomiya at maibsan ang impact ng COVID-19 pandemic sa kabuhayan ng mga Filipino.
