2,033 pang pulis, itinalaga sa kanilang mga probinsya
Pormal nang inanunsiyo ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief General Camilo Pancratius Cascolan ang reassignment at swapping ng 2,033 pulis na babalik sa kanilang probinsya.
Ito ay kasunod ng Localization of Assignments Program ng pambansang pulisya.
Sa ceremonial send-off, sinabi ng PNP Chief na layong ng programa na mapaigting ang work performance, moral, at kapakanan ng mga pulis sa bansa.
“To our personnel who will go back to their hometowns, serve your community with passion and care so our people can truly say “ang Pulis Ko’y Respetado, Responsable, at Disiplinado,” ani Cascolan.
Kasabay ng flag-raising ceremonies, isinagawa ang simultaneous send-off ceremonies ng 17 Police Regional Offices para sa lahat ng reassigned personnel, Lunes ng umaga (November 9).
“We rolled out today the second wave of the PNP Localization Program by reassigning police personnel to their hometowns and places of residence,” pahayag ni Acting Director for Personnel and Records Management Brig. Gen. Rolando Hinanay.
Ipinag-utos naman ni Cascolan sa lahat ng sending units na tiyakin ang pagkakaroon ng clearances, certifications, at iba pang requirement ng mga pulis at masunod ang travel health protocols.
Simula noong Setyembre, naunang ni-redeploy ng PNP sa pamamagitan ng Directorate for Personnel Records and Management (DPRM) ang 2,222 pulis sa kanilang hometown assignments.
