Sentro ng Severe Tropical Storm Siony lalapit sa Itbayat Island sa susunod na 2 hanggang 3 oras
Sa susunod na mga oras ay lalapit ang sentro ng Severe Tropical Storm Siony sa Itbayat Island.
Sa 5AM weather bulletin na inilabas ng PAGASA, ang sentro ng bagyo ay huling namataan sa layong 60 kilometers east northest ng Basco, Batanes.
Taglay nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 95 kilometers bawat oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 115 kilometers bawat oras.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa bilis na 20 kilometers bawat oras sa direksyong pa-kanluran.
Nananatiling nakataas ang tropical cyclone wind signal number 2 sa Batanes at Babuyan Islands.
Signal Number 1 naman ang nakataas sa sumusunod na mga lugar:
– northern portion ng mainland Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Lal-Lo, Allacapan, Santa Teresita, Buguey, Camalaniugan, Aparri, Ballesteros, Abulug, Pamplona, Sanchez-Mira, Claveria, Santa Praxedes)
– northern portion ng Apayao (Santa Marcela, Luna, Calanasan)
– northern portion ng Ilocos Norte (Adams, Pagudpud, Bangui, Dumalneg, Burgos, Vintar, Pasuquin, Bacarra)
Ayon sa PAGASA, ang bagyo ay posibleng mag-landfall sa bisinidad ng ITbayat ISlands.
Mamayang gabi ay inaasahang lalabas ito gn bansa at magtutungo ng Taiwan.
