Isinailalim na sa state of calamity ang Occidental Mindoro.
Ayon sa PGO Occidental Mindoro, ito ay dahil sa naitalang pinsala sa probinsya bunsod ng Bagyong Quinta.
Naapektuhan ng bagyo ang ilang bahay, ari-arian, at maging ang sektor ng pangingisda, agrikultura at iba pa.
Sa tulong ng pagdedeklara ng state of calamity, sinabi ng PGO Occidental Mindoro na magkaroon ng pagbabahagi ng calamity fund sa probinsya.
Maipapatupad din ang pagbabawal sa pagtaas ng presyo ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan.
