Sinuspinde ang operasyon ng Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3).

Ayon sa pamunuan ng MRT-3, epektibo ang suspensyon ng operasyon sa araw ng Linggo, November 1.

Paliwanag nito, ito ay bilang pag-iingat sa posibleng epekto ng Typhoon Rolly sa bansa.

Sa ngayon, kabilang ang Metro Manila sa mga lugar na nakataas sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 4.
