LPA sa Silangan ng Mindanao isa nang ganap na bagyo

Naging isang ganap nang bagyo ang Low Pressure Area (LPA) na binabantayan ng PAGASA sa silangang bahagi ng Mindanao.

Ayon sa PAGASA, alas 2:00 ng hapon ngayong Biyernes (Oct. 23) naging ganap na tropical depression ang LPA.

Pinangalanan itong bagyong Quinta ng PAGASA.

Ang bagyong Quinta ang pang-17 bagyo na pumasok sa bansa ngayong taon.
