Tropical Storm Pepito nasa Lingayen Gulf na; Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal nakataas pa rin sa maraming lugar sa bansa

Nasa bahagi na ng Lingayen Gulf ang Tropical Storm Pepito.

Huling namataan ng PAGASA ang bagyo sa layong 40 kilometers north northwest ng Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

Taglay ng bagyo ang lakas ng hanging umaabot sa 75 kilometers bawat oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 115 kilometers bawat oras.

Kumikilos ang bagyo sa bilis na 30 kilometers bawat oras sa direksyong west northwest.

Nakataas pa rin ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 2 sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

– Ilocos Sur
– La Union
– Pangasinan
– Benguet
– Tarlac
– northern portion ng Zambales (Iba, Palauig, Masinloc, Candelaria, Santa Cruz, Botolan, Cabangan)

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1 naman ang nakataas sa:

– Ilocos Norte
– Kalinga
– Abra
– Ifugao
– Mountain Province
– southern portion ng Isabela (Palanan, San Mariano, Benito Soliven, Naguilian, Gamu, Burgos, San Manuel, Aurora, Cabatuan, Luna, Reina Mercedes, Cauayan City, Dinapigue, San Guillermo, Angadanan, Alicia, San Mateo, Ramon, San Isidro, Echague, San Agustin, Jones, Santiago City, Cordon)
– Quirino
– Nueva Vizcaya
– Aurora
– Nueva Ecija
– Bulacan
– Pampanga
– nalalabing bahagi ng Zambales
– Bataan

Ayon sa PAGASA, bukas ng umaga inaasahang lalabas na ng bansa ang bagyo.

Lalakas pa ito habang nasa West Philippine Sea at maaring umabot sa severe tropical storm category bukas ng tanghali o gabi.

Ngayong araw, ang bagyo ay maghahatid ng “katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na buhos ng ulan sa Batanes, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Pangasinan, La Union, Apayao, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, at Calamian Islands.

Mahina hanggang sa katamtaman at kung minsan ay malakas na buhos ng ulan ang mararanasan naman sa Metro Manila at nalalabi pang bahagi ng Luzon.
