Bidding process para sa thermal paper para sa resibo, inumpisahan na ng Comelec
Sinimulan na ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang proseso ng bidding para sa pagbili ngh thermal paper na gagamitin sa voting receipts sa May 2016 elections.
Ito ay matapos ipag-utos ng Korte Suprema na dapat ipatupad ng Comelec ang pag-iisyu ng resibo sa mga botante matapos silang makaboto.
Aabot sa 1.1 million rolls ng mga thermal paper ang kailangang bilhin ng Comelec na nagkakahalaga ng P78 kada rolyo.
Sa kabuuan, naglaan ang Comelec ng P85.8 million na budget para sa pagbili ng thermal papers.
Itinakda ng Comelec ang pre-bid conference sa March 23 habang ang deadline para sa pagsusumite ng bid ay sa April 5.
