Bawal pa ang sabong sa buong bansa.
Pahayag ito ng Palasyo matapos ang ulat na may nagaganap ng sabong sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa kahit na may banta pa sa COVID-19.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, bawal ang anumang uri ng sabong, mapa-live man ito o online.
Sa ngayon, tinatalakay pa aniya ng technical working group ng Inter-Agency Task Force kung papayagan o hindi ang sabong.
“Ang sabong po absolutely prohibited whether it be live or online. ‘yan po ay dini-discuss pa sa TWG. But right now, walang kahit anong form of sabong–live or online–na ina-allow,” pahayag ni Roque.
