National Privacy Commission naglabas ng do’s and dont’s sa pagsasagawa ng online learning

Sa ganap na pagsisimula ng online learning ng mga mag-aaral nagpalabas ng do’s and dont’s ang National Privacy Commission (NPC) na maaring gamiting gabay ng mga estudyante, magulang, guardians, guro at paaralan.

Ilan lamang sa payo ng NPC sa mga mag-aaral ay ang mga sumusunod:

– Lumikha ng matibay na passwords sa pag sign up sa e-learning platforms. Ang password ay dapat hindi bababa sa 12 ang characters, may upper at lower case letters, numbers at gamitan din ng symbols.
– Maging alerto sa panahon ng online classes lalo na sa pagbabahagi ng mga video, larawan at files.
– Gumamit ng customized backgrounds para maiwasan ang aksidenteng disclosure ng personal na impormasyon.
– Pag-install at regular na pag-update ng anti-virus program.
– Pag-mute ng microphone at pag-off ng camera kapag hindi naman nagsasalita o nagre-recite.
– Kung aalis sa desk o lamesa i-off muna ang camera at i-mute ang microphone.

Nagpalabas din ang NPC ng mga payo sa magulang o guardians kung paano nila matutulungan na protektado online ang kanilang mga anak.

Ang mga guro naman, pinaiiwas ng NPC sa pagpo-post ng anunsyo na naglalaman ng personal na datos ng mga mag-aaral.
