Walang bagong Filipino abroad na tinamaan ng COVID-19 – DFA

Walang bagong nagpositibong Filipino sa COVID-19 sa ibang bansa.

Sa datos ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) hanggang October 4, umakyat na sa 10,549 ang mga kumpirmadong positibo sa COVID-19 na Filipino mula sa 79 na bansa at rehiyon.

Sa nasabing bilang, 3,006 ang patuloy na nagpapagamot sa iba’t ibang ospital.

Wala ring bagong gumaling kung kaya 6,750 pa rin ang overseas Filipinos na naka-recover sa nakakahawang sakit o na-discharge na sa ospital.

Nanatili rin sa 793 ang COVID-19 related deaths sa mga Filipino abroad.

Pinakamarami pa ring naitalang confirmed COVID-19 positive na OF sa bahagi ng Middle East/Africa na may 7,100 na kaso.

Sumunod dito ang Europa na may 1,199 confirmed COVID-19 positive cases na OF.

Nasa 810 naman ang kaso sa Americas at 1,440 sa Asia Pacific Region.

Tiniyak ng DFA na sa pamamagitan ng Foreign Service Posts, tututukan ang lagay ng mga Pinoy sa ibang bansa at handang umasiste sa mga Filipino na apektado ng COVID-19 pandemic.
