Nadagdagan ng 80 ang bilang ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa Eastern Visayas.
Naitala ang mga bagong kaso mula sa 943 laboratory samples na sinuri ng EVRCTC at DWHVL.
Sa datos ng Department of Health (DOH) – Eastern Visayas hanggang 7:00, Huwebes ng gabi (October 1), 4,795 na ang confirmed COVID-19 cases sa probinsya.
Sa nasabing bilang, 665 o 13.87 porsyento ang aktibong kaso.
Marami ring residente ang gumaling pa sa nakakahawang sakit.
Bunsod nito, umabot na sa 4,085 o 85.19 porsyento ang total recoveries sa Eastern Visayas.
Umakyat naman sa 45 ang mga residenteng nasawi o 0.94 porsyento bunsod pa rin ng nakakahawang sakit.
