Presyo ng anti-COVID 19 gear, pinababantayan ni Sen. Go sa DTI
Pinagbilinan ni Senator Christopher “Bong” Go ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na mahigpit na bantayan ang presyo ng mask para hindi makapagsamantala ang mga ganid na negosyante.
Pinababantayan din ng senador sa kagawaran ang presyo ng mga pangunahing bilihin at pangangailangan, lalo na ang mga pagkain.
Kasabay nito, pinuri ni Go ang DTI sa mga tulong na ipinaabot sa mga lubos na apektado ng pandemiya.
Nabanggit din nito ang paniniguro ng DTI na may sapat na suplay ng mga pagkain sa bansa sa kabila ng krisis sa pamamagitan ng maayos na pag-imbentaryo.
“It increased the supply of critical products and enforced the imposition of a price freeze on basic necessities and commodities. DTI is also part of the inter-agency cooperation program to provide 30 million domestically manufactured masks which will be distributed primarily to the poorest of the poor,” ayon sa senador, patungkol sa Mask para sa Masa program ng kagawaran.
