9 na Pinoy crew ng isang cargo ship sa Australia nagpositibo sa COVID-19

Mayroong siyam na Pinoy seafarer na lulan ng isang cargo ship sa Australia ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Ayon sa datos ng Department of Health Western Australia (WA), ang mga pasyente ay sakay ng cargo ship sa bahagi ng Port Hedland.

Sa ulat ng ‘Nine News’, galing ng Pilipinas ang barkong Patricia Oldendorff na pawang Pinoy ang mga crew.

Unang kinumpirma ng Department of Health Western Australia na may dalawang Pinoy crew ng barko ang positibo sa COVID-19 at kalaunan, sinabing dagdag na pito pa ang positibo sa sakit.

Sinabi pa sa pahayag na hindi naman nangagailangan ng medical treatment ang mga COVID-19 positive na crew.

Pero kung may kailangang dalhin sa ospital, tiniyak na susundin ang tamang protocol sa paglilipat sa mga crew.
