Sen. Lacson nagbabala ng Constitutional crisis kapag hindi natuloy ang 2022 elections

Nagbabala ng Constitutional crisis si Senator Panfilo Lacson kung sususpindihin ang eleksyon sa 2022.

Sa pahayag sinabi ni Lacson na gaya ng sinabi nina Foreign Affairs Sec. Teddy Boy Locsin at dating Comelec Chairman Sheriff Abas, malinaw ang nakasaad sa Saligang Batas tungkol sa pagdaraos ng halalan.

Kung hindi aniya magaganap ang eleksyon sa 2022 mahaharap sa krisis ang bansa.

Nasa Saligang Batas din aniya na pwedeng magpasa ng batas ang Kongreso para pangalagaan ang seguridad at sanctity ng balota pati na ang pagkakaroon ng absentee voting.

Ngayong may pandemya, maari naman aniyang gawing higit sa isang araw ang pagdaraos ng eleksyon.

Nagagawa naman aniya ito sa absentee voting na tumatagal ng isang buwan ang botohan.
