LPA sa loob ng bansa, malabong maging bagyo – PAGASA

Patuloy na binabantayan ng PAGASA ang low pressure area (LPA) at umiiral na Southwest Monsoon o Habagat sa bansa.

Ayon kay PAGASA weather specialist Chris Perez, huling namataan ang LPA sa layong 425 kilometers Silangan Hilagang-Silangan ng Casiguran, Aurora.

Umaabot ang makapal na ulap ng LPA sa eastern section ng Central at Southern Luzon.

Maliit naman aniya ang tsana na lumakas pa ang LPA at maging isang bagyo.

Samantala, dulot naman ng Southwest Monoon o Habagat ang makakapal na ulap sa maraming parte ng Southern Luzon at Western Visayas.

Sa susunod na 24 oras, ani Perez, asahan pa rin ang maulap na kalangitan na may kasamang pag-ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog sa Isabela, Quirino, Quezon province kasama ang Polillo Island, Bicol region, Northern Samar, MIMAROPA at Western Visayas bunsod ng LPA at Habagat.

Samantala sa National Capital Region at nalalabing bahagi ng bansa, makararanas pa rin ng bahagyang maulap na papawirin.

Ayon kay Perez, magiging maalinsangan ngunit posibleng magkaroon ng thunderstorm activity sa hapon o gabi.
