Nuclear ban treaty ng United Nations pinararatipikahan ni Pangulong Duterte sa Senado

Nanawagan si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa mga miyembro ng United Nations na ipatupad ang Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and Chemical at Biological Weapons Conventions.

Sa kauna-unahang pagdalo ni Pangulong Duterte sa UN Assembly, sinabi nito na hiniling na niya sa Senado na ratipikahan ang Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons ng United Nations.

“We call on all Member States to fully implement the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and the Chemical and the Biological Weapons Conventions,” ayon sa pangulo.

Iginiit ng pangulo na walang saysay ang paggamit ng nuclear weapon.

Wala rin aniyang excuse sa kamatayan ng isang indibidwal na sanhi ng nuclear war o hindi kaya ng biological weapon.

Tiyak aniyang malalagay sa alanganin ang buhay ng tao lalo na kung mapupunta sa kamay ng mga terorista ang nuclear weapons

Hindi maikakaila ayon sa pangulo na halang ang kaluluwa ng mga terorista.
