Paalala ng DILG: Ngayong araw ang deadline ng pagsusumite ng aplikasyon para sa mga kukuhaning contact tracers

Ngayong araw na ang deadline sa pagtanggap ng aplikasyon ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) para sa libu-libong iha-hire na contact tracers.

Sa ilalim ng Bayanihan to Recover as One Act o Bayanihan 2 Law ang DILG ay authorized na mag-hire ng hindi bababa sa 50,000 contact tracers sa buong bansa.

Ayon kay DILG Secretary Eduardo M. Año ang dagdag na 50,000 contact tracers ay magsisilbing “game-changer” sa COVID-response ng Pilipinas dahil makatutulong ito para mabawasan ang transmission ng sakit.

Itatalaga ang mga contact tracers sa mga Local Government Units.

Samantala, ngayong huling araw ng pagsusumite ng aplikasyon, sinabi ni DILG Undersecretary at Spokesperson Jonathan Malaya na maaring magsumite ng application letter, Personal Data Sheet, National Bureau of Investigation clearance, at drug test result sa pinakamalapit na DILG provincial o city field office.

Prayoridad na mai-hire ang mga nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic, umuwing Overseas Filipino Workers, at Barangay Health Workers.

Sila ay iha-hire hanggang sa Disyembre at susweldo ng P18,784 kada buwan.
