Japan Coast Guard hindi huminto sa paghahanap sa mga nawawalang Pinoy na crew ng MV Gulf Livestock 1

Hindi humihinto ang pamahalaan ng Japan sa paghahanap sa mga Filipino Seafarer na lulan ng lumubog na cargo ship.

Ayon kay Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr., patuloy din ang koordinasyon ng DFA sa Japanese government para mahanap ang 36 na nawawalang Filipino seafarers.

Sa kaniyang Tweet, sinabi ni Locsin na, “The Japanese government and ambassador and I are on this and Japan did not cease its search that Saturday but had in fact continued it against protocol,”

Sinabi ni Locsin na hindi niya rin hihilingin ang tulong ng ibang bansa sa Asya para sa paghahanap dahil mistulang pag-atake ito sa soberanya ng Japan.

Ginawa ni Locsin ang pahayag matapos sumulat sa DFA si Senator Risa Hontiveros.

Sa nasabing liham, sinabi ni Hontiveros na dapat himukin ng DFA ang Japan na ituloy ang earch operations nito at dapat payagan din ang ibang bansa na tumulong.

Ang MV Gulf Livestock 1 ay lumubog noong September 5 habang naglalayag sa karagatang sakop ng Japan patungo ng China.
