Sec. Duque, hindi pa abswelto sa PhilHealth fund mess – PACC
Nilinaw ni Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Commissioner Greco Belgica na hindi pa ganap na absuwelto si Health Secretary Francisco Duque III sa mga iskandalo ukol sa paggamit ng pondo ng PhilHealth.
Nilinaw ni Belgica na ang tanging naimbestigahan ng Task Force PhilHealth ay ang isyu ukol sa Interim Reimbursement Mechanism (IRM) at may iba pa silang patuloy na iniimbestigahan.
Sinabi pa nito na sa kanilang pag-iimbestiga, may mga nadiskubre pa silang mga ebidensiya na maaaring maging susi sa iba pang isyu.
Sa rekomendasyon ng task force, hindi napabilang si Duque sa mga pinakakasuhan kundi dapat lang na pangaralan at paalahanan ito ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Dagdag pa ng opisyal, wala pang inaabsuwelto si Pangulong Duterte at aniya sa katunayan ay nais nitong ituloy pa ang pag-iimbestiga sa mga isyu.
“The President has reiterated his trust in Sec. Duque but has not stopped us or ordered us to stop the investigation. In fact, he continues to tell us to investigate,” aniya.
