FDA nagbabala laban sa ilang hindi rehistradong pagkain at food supplement
Nagbabala ang Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sa publiko hinggil sa ilang hindi rehistradong produktong pagkain at food supplement.
Ayon sa FDA, sa pamamagitan ng online monitoring o post-marketing surveillance, natuklasang hindi rehistrado ang mga produkto at walang Certificate of Product Registration.
Sinabi ng ahensya na hindi dumaan sa evaluation process ang mga produkto kung kaya hindi tiyak kung ligtas itong kainin.
Narito ang mga produkto na inilahad ng FDA:
– RENO BRAND Liver Spread
– MIRACLE WHITE Advance Whitening Capsules Food Supplement
– TURCUMIN 100% Natural & Standardized Turmeric Curcumin
– DESA Spanish Style Bangus in Corn Oil
– SAMANTHA’S DIPS AND SAUCE Spanish Sardines Paste Sauce
“All concerned establishments are warned not to distribute, advertise, or sell the said violative food products until CPR are issued, otherwise, regulatory actions and sanctions shall be strictly pursued,” pahayag pa nito.
Maaaring i-report ang pagbebenta ng mga hindi rehistradong produkto sa pamamagitan ng eReport sa www.fda.gov.ph/ereport.
