Ang Metro Manila, CALABARZON at Cebu ang target ng pamahalaan na pagdausan ng clinical trials para sa COVID-19 vaccine.

Ito ay dahil ang nasabing mga lugar ang may mataas na kaso ng sakit at itinuturing na sentro ng pandemya.
