Aabot sa P1.6 million na halaga ng ecstasy tablets ang nakumpiska ng mga tauhan ng Bureau of Customs sa Port of Clark.
Aabot sa 988 na piraso ng ecstasy tablets ang nakumpiska sa kargamento na idineklarang “Air humidifier”.
Dumating sa naturang pantala ang mga kargamento noong September 1 2020 na galing sa Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.
Nang isailalim ito sa masusing pagsusuri ay natuklasang mga ilegal na droga ang laman nito.
Agad isinailalim sa laboratory testing at chemical analysis ang mga tableta at nakumpirmang positibo ito sa Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) o “ecstasy”.
Agad nagpalabas ng warrant of seizure sa mga kargamento at naiturn-over na ito sa PDEA.
