DOJ muling bubuksan ang imbestigasyon sa reklamo laban kay Sen. Pimentel

Muling binuksan ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang imbestigasyon sa reklamong kinakaharap ni Senator Aquilino Pimentel III sa umano ay paglabag nito sa quarantine protocols.

Ito ay makaarang magkaroon ng bagong submission ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

Sa utos ni Assistant State Prosecutor Wendell Bendoval muling magsasagawa ng preliminary investigation sa kaso.

Ani Bendoval noong Sept. 4 ay naisumite na ng NBI ang memorandum sa ginawa nitong hiwalay na imbestigasyon sa insidente na nangyari sa Makati Medical Center.

Kabilang sa isinumite ang incident reports mula kay Makati Med Director Saturnino Javier.

Magugunitang nagtungo sa nasabing ospital si Pimentel para samahan ang buntis na asawa sa kabila ng pagiging positibo nito sa COVID-19.
