Nuclear-armed North Korea has hundreds of ballistic missiles that can target its neighbors in Northeast Asia but it will need foreign technology to upgrade its arsenal and pose a more direct threat to the United States, U.S. researchers said Tuesday.

“We have not seen North Korea test or demonstrate the ability to miniaturize a nuclear weapon and put it on an ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile),” pahayag ng opisyal ng US.
