Walong stranded Filipinos sa Myanmar, nakauwi na ng Pilipinas

Nakauwi na ng Pilipinas ang walong stranded Filipinos sa Myanmar.

Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), nakabalik ng bansa ang overseas Filipinos sa pamamagitan ng special relief flight mula Yangon hanggang Maynila.

Inayos ng Philippine Embassy sa Yangon ang naturang flight katuwang ang Myanmar National Airlines (MNA).

Lulan ng flight ang ilang Filipino na nawalan na trabaho sa nasabing bansa.

Kasama rin sa flight ang isang Filipino na dating nagtatrabaho sa garments manufacturing company na na-diagnose na may Chronic Renal Disease.

Matapos ang mahigit 11 araw sa ospital, binigyan na ang Pinoy ng clearance ng kaniyang mga doktor para makasama sa flight pauwi ng Pilipinas.

Ito na ang ikapitong relief flight na pinangasiwaan ng Philippine Embassy sa Yangon upang tulungan ang mga Filipino na makabalik ng Pilipinas.
