Chinese COVID-19 drugs at test kits, mga baril nabuko ng BOC sa Makati

Sinalakay ng mga tauhan ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang isang bodega sa Makati City at nadiskubre ang tinatayang P10 milyong halaga ng sigarilyo mula sa China.

Ngunit base sa ulat ng Intelligence Group-Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (IG-CIIS) at Enforcement and Security Service (ESS), may mga nakaimbak ding mga de-kalibreng baril sa bodega sa Dian Street.

May mga COVID-19 test kits din, masks, mga alak at ang Chinese medicine na Linhua Qingwen Jiaonang, na sinasabing nakakapagpagaling sa mga COVID-19 patients.

Ayon kay IG Deputy Comm. Raniel Ramiro, gagalugarin din nila ang paligid para matiyak na wala ng itinatagong mga armas.

Aniya, makikipag-ugnayan sila sa Food and Drug Administration (FDA) para malaman kung legal sa bansa ang Chinese drugs.

Aalamin naman nila sa Philippine National Police o PNP ang detalye ng mga nakumpiskang baril.
