Blood supply ng Philippine Red Cross malapit nang umabot sa critical level

Malapit nang umabot sa critical level ang kasalukuyang supply ng dugo sa Philippine Red Cross (PRC).

Bunsod ito ng madaming pangangailangan ng dugo ngayong mayroong pandemic ng COVID-19 at nasabay pa ang dengue season.

“Our blood supply is nearing critical levels due to the COVID19 pandemic,” ayon sa pahayag ng Red Cross na nakuha ng Radyo INQUIRER.

Kasabay nito nananawagan ang Red Cross sa publiko na mag-donate ng dugo.

Sa mga nais mag-donate, maaring tumawag sa sumusunod na Donor Recruitment Officers ng PRC:

Ayon sa Red Cross, ligtas ang mag-donate ng dugo kaya walang dapat na ipag-alala.

Mahigpit umano ang pagsunod ng mga blood bank staff sa safety protocols.
