Escalators, elevators ng MRT-3 fully operational na
Maaari nang magamit ng mga pasahero ang lahat ng escalators at elevators ng Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3).
Ayon sa pamunuan ng MRT-3, ito ay matapos makumpleto ng Sumitomo-MHI-TESP ang pag-aayos sa mga non-operational unit.
Nasa 46 escalator units at 34 elevators ang gumagana na sa mga istasyon.
Ayon kay MRT-3 Director for Operations Michael J. Capati, tinupad ng Department of Transportation (DOTr), sa pangunguna ni Secretary Arthur Tugade, at ng pamunuan ng MRT-3 ang pangako na magiging mas maayos ang serbisyo para sa mga pasahero.
“Magiging malaking tulong sa mga commuters ang pagkaayos ng lahat ng escalators at elevators,” sinabi pa ni Capati.
Ang pagsasaayos ng mga escalator at elevator ay bahagi ng malawakahang rehabilitasyon ng MRT-3.
