Mandatory face shield sa mga pasahero, “anti-poor” ayon kay Sen. Imee Marcos

Ikinagalit ni Senator Imee Marcos ang mandatory na pagsusuot ng face shield ng lahat ng mga sasakyan sa mga pampublikong sasakyan alinsunod sa kautusan ng Department of Transportation.

Ayon kay Marcos dagdag gastos pa ang face shield sa mga naghihirap ng mga mahihirap na mamamayan.

Diin nito, marami na ang umaangal dahil sa nawalan ng trabaho at halos wala ng makain at dadagdag pa ang gagastusin sa nalalapit na pagsisimula ng distance learning system.

Paalala nito kay Transportation Sec. Arthur Tugade hindi dapat binibigla ang mamamayan sa mga gastusin at isipin ang kasalukuyang kalagayan ng mga ito.

Batid naman aniya na dagdag proteksyon ang face shield pero hindi dapat obligahin ang lahat na bumili nito para sa pagsakay sa mga pampublikong transportasyon.
