FDA nagbabala sa publiko sa pagbili ng “misbranded” na face mask

Pinaalalahanan ng Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ang publiko lalo na ang mga healthcare professionals sa pagbili ng face masks.

Ayon sa FDA, mayroong “misbranded” na face masks na kumakalat ngayon sa merkado.

Ang mga “misbranded” na face mask ay pawang mayroong foreign characters sa kanilang packaging.

Pinayuhan ng FDA ang publiko na huwag bumili at huwag gamitin ang sumusunod na mga brand:

1. Fu Le Bang Disposable Mask
2. Flag World Face Mask
3. MAsk

Sinabi ng FDA na nakasaad sa RA 3720 o Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act na maituturing na “misbranded” ang produkto kapag ang mga impormasyong nakasaad dito ay ginamitan ng salita o disenyo na hindi mababasa o mauunawaan ng ordinaryong indibidwal.
