113,559 OFWs, naserbisyuhan sa One-Stop Shop sa NAIA

Mahigit 113,000 na ang bilang ng naserbiyuhang overseas Filipino workers (OFW) sa inilunsad na One-Stop Shop sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Ayon sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) hanggang July 31, nasa 113,559 OFWs ang na-accommodate ng One-Stop Shop para maayos na maiproseso ang pagsailalim sa mandatory 14-day quarantine laban sa COVID-19.

Sa nasabing bilang, 57,951 OFWs ay mula sa Terminal 1 at 40,848 naman sa Terminal 2.

Nasa 14,760 naman ang na-accommodate nito sa Terminal 3 simula noong July 9.

Matatandaang nagsimula ang operasyon ng One-Stop Shop noong April 23.

Ang One-Stop Shop ay ikinasa ng DOTr, Department of Tourism (DOT), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), Office for Transportation Security (OTS), Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Philippine National Police (PNP), at the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).

Sa pamamagitan din nito, malalaman ng mga OFW kung anong quarantine facilities ang may bakanteng pwesto pa sa tulong ng Monitoring Charts sa bawat terminal.
