Recto: LSIs, dapat may libreng swab test bago pauwiin
Inihirit ni Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto ang libreng swab test sa lahat ng mga locally stranded individual o LSI.
Ayon kay Recto, kung ang lahat ng mga dumalo sa huling State of the Nation Address o SONA ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ay nagawang ipa-swab test, dapat ay gawin din ito sa mga nais nang makauwi ng probinsiya.
“If we have tested for free those who’ve been on strict quarantine because they’re going to listen to a speech, then all the more we should test exposed individuals who are going home to their loved ones,” aniya.
Pinuna ni Recto, ang pagtitipon ng halos 8,000 LSIs sa Rizal baseball stadium sa Maynila noong nakaraang araw ng Linggo na aniya ay malinaw na paglabag sa physical distancing protocol.
Una na ring pinuna ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang pagtitipon ng libu-libong LSIs at kinondena nito ang mga nag-organisa sa mga nais nang umuwi sa probinsiya.
