“Resume instead when every learner and every teacher is equipped with the new normal of blended learning”, pahayag ni Ong.

“Access to internet by every learner, especially those in remote areas, is yet to be ensured and established. We cannot resume classes relying on online learning without ensuring they have access to internet. Moreover, we cannot rely alone on private companies to invest on internet towers, as they themselves focus first on returns of their investement”, saad ni Ong.

Sabi pa niya, “Our government should start investing on infrastructures as well for better, faster, and accessible internet connection and telco sites to equip our learners and teachers for online distance learning”.

Dagdag pa ni Ong, “I am still happy that President Duterte provided us with fresh insights on what the government intends to do so that we can all survive this corona virus pandemic. It provides us a glimpse of the government’s template on how to jumpstart the economy and provide support for our people.
