Hirit na maalis sa Bilibid ang isang ‘Ninja Cop’, ibinasura ni Sen. Gordon

Tinanggihan ni Senator Richard Gordon ang kahilingan na mailipat sa San Fernando City District Jail sa Pampanga mula sa National Bilibid Prison sa Muntinlupa City si Police Colonel Rodney Baloyo IV.

Ayon kay Gordon nagkaisa ang mga miyembro ng Blue Ribbon Committee at Committee on Justice, na kapwa niya pinamumunuan, na dapat manatili sa pambansang piitan si Baloyo.

Ipinakulong ng komite ni Gordon sa Bilibid si Baloyo dahil sa hindi pagsasabi ng buong katotohanan sa mga pagdinig ukol sa isyu ng ‘Ninja Cops,’ na kinasangkutan din ni dating PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde.

Katuwiran ng senador kung kailangan paharapin si Baloyo sa korte pinapayagan naman na ang ‘video conferencing.’

Magugunita, sa pag-iimbestiga sa Senado ng good conduct time allowance (GCTA) sa Bilibid ay natalakay ang operasyon ng ‘Ninja Cops.’
