SM City sa Trece Martires ipinasara ni Gov. Remulla

Ipinatigil ni Cavite Gov. Jonvic Remulla ang operasyon ng SM City sa Trece Martires sa Cavite.

Ayon kay Remulla, sa pag-iikot ng mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police nakitaan ng direktang paglabag ang SM City sa ipinatutupad na quarantine pass policy sa lalawigan.

“Noong July 22, bandang 2:30PM ay pinaikot ko ang undercover PNP sa mga malls para mag-inspeksyon. Isang video ang aking natanggap kung saan makikita ang direktang paglabag ng SM City Trece Martires sa Q-Pass Policy ng Cavite,” ayon kay Remulla.

Sa bisa ng executive order na inilabas ni Remulla, sinuspinde ang operasyon ng naturang mall.

Sinabi ni Remulla na ang mga ipinaiiral na alituntunin sa Cavite ay layong makontrol ang sitwasyon ng pandemya.

Ayon kay Remulla, ang rules ay aplikable para sa lahat.

“Collective responsibility means if we arrest the small people in the streets for face mask violation or public intoxication, then we should also close down the big malls if they violate the Q-Pass Policy set by the LGU,” ani Remulla.
