Rep. Sarah Elago tumanggap ng One Young World Politician of the Year Award

Tumanggap si Kabataan Partylist Rep. Sarah Elago ng One Young World Politician of the Year Award for 2020.

Si Elago ang kaisa-isang Pinoy na nagbigyan ng nasabing pagkilala.

Sa tweet ng One Young World sa kanilang official Twitter Account isa si Elago sa mga kinilalang young politician na ginamit ang kanilang posisyon para makagawa ng pagbabago sa young people, komunidad at bansa.

Kinilala ng One Young World si Elago sa pagiigng youngest female legislator ng Philippine Congress.

Binanggit din ng grupo na si Elago ay principal author ng Comprehensive Free Public Higher Education Bill noong 2017 na ngayon ay pinakikinabangan na ng nasa 2 milyong college students taun-taon.
