Warrant sa tatlong kadete sa PMA hazing death case isinilbi

Natanggap na ng tatlong kadete ng Philippine Military Academy (PMA) ang warrant of arrest kaugnay sa pagkakamatay ni 4th Class Cadet Darwin Dormitorio dahil diumano sa hazing noong nakaraang taon.

Ito ang ibinahagi ni Maj. Gen. Edgard Arevalo, ang tagapagsalita ng AFP, at aniya ang warrant na ipinalabas ni Judge Ma. Ligaya Rivera noong Martes ay tinanggap na nina cadets Felix Lumbag Jr., Shalimar Imperial, at Julius Carlo Tadena sa Camp Aguinaldo.

Ayon pa kay Arevalo isinilbi ang warrant sa tatlo ni Army Maj. Evangeline, commanding officer ng Military Police Battalion at nagsisilbi din custodial officer ng AFP Custodial and Detention Center.

May hiwalay na kinahaharap na kaso din ang tatlong kadete sa General Court dahil sa paglabag sa Article of War 97 o Conduct Prejudicial to Good Order and Military Discipline at ito ang dahilan kayat sila ay nasa Camp Aguinaldo.

Tatlong dating doktor din sa PMA Hospital ang sabit sa kaso.

Magugunita na namatay si Dormitorio noong nakaraang Setyembre 18 dahil sa matinding pinsala sa katawan na sinasabing bunga ng pambubugbog.
