100 pulis, itinalaga para sa Cebu ECQ operations
Itinalaga ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief General Archie Gamboa ang 100 pulis sa Central Visayas.
Ayon sa PNP Public Information Office, ito ay bilang suporta sa nagpapatuloy na operasyon sa pagpapatupad ng enhanced community quarantine sa Cebu City.
Ipinag-utos ni Gamboa sa Police Regional Offices sa Western Visayas at Eastern Visayas na magpadala ng tig-50 pulis sa Cebu City kasunod ng rekomendasyon ni PNP Deputy Chief for Operations at Joint Task Force Covid-19 Commander Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar.
Nagbaba rin ng direktiba ang PNP chief kay Police Major General Israel Dickson, Director for Integrated Police Operations in Visayas (DIPO-Vis), na makipag-ugnayan at i-monitor ang mga pulis na tutulak patungong Cebu City sa araw ng Huwebes, June 18.
Pinatitiyak din sa Regional Health Services ng PRO6 at PRO8 na dadaan sa mga kinakailangang health checks ang mga pulis bago ma-deploy.
