Reserve funds ng Philhealth sapat pa kahit mas malaki na ang gastos kaysa kuleksyon

Importanteng maibalik na sa normal ng unti-unti ang ekonomiya ng bansa para makakulekta na ng buwis ang pamahalaan.

Ayon kay Philhealth President at CEO Ricardo Morales sa ganitong paraaan, maisasalba ang nanganganib nang pondo ng ahensya.

Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer sinabi ni Morales na simula noong April at May lumalaki ang gastos ng Philhealth at lumilit naman ang koleksyon nito.

Tinamaan din ang Philhealth sa liquor ban dahil may bahagi ng sin tax na sa Philhealth napupunta.

Sa ngayon sinabi ni Morales na mayroon pa namang reserve fund ang Philhealth at kakayanin pang makasalba ng ahensya.

Wala aniyang dapat na ipag-aalala ang mga magkakasakit na mamamayan dahil mai-aavail pa rin nila ang benepisyo sa Philhealth.

Kabilang lamang sa pinag-aaralan ani Morales ang pag-delay mula sa ibang elemento sa Universal Health Care dahil malaking pondo ang kakailanganing ilaan ng Philhealth para dito.
