Locally stranded individuals sa NAIA dinala sa Villamor Air Base

Inasistihan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ang mga locally stranded individuals na ilang araw nang namamalagi sa terminal 3 ng Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Nag-deploy ang PCG ng walong bus at tatlong escort vehicles para maihatid ang 175 na LSIs mula NAIA patungo ng Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.

Pagdating ng Villamor Air Base, ang mga LSIs ay isinailalim sa COVID-19 rapid antibody testing, pinakain at binigyan ng temporary accommodation.

Tinulungan din silang makapag-asikaso ng mga kinakailangang dokumento bago sila ibalik sa NAIA para maisakay sa special flights pauwi ng kanilang lalawigan.

Inasistihan din ng coast guard ang 250 pang LSIs na namalagi sa ilalim ng flyover malapit sa paliparan.

Inihatid sila sa pinakamalapit na accommodation facilities.
