Pamilya ng ilang nasawing healthcare workers nabigyan na ng tulong-pinansyal

Naibigay na ng Department of Health (DOH) ang tulong-pinansyal sa pamilya ng ilan sa mga nasawing healthcare workers na tinamaan ng COVID-19

Ayon kay Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, Huwebes (June 4) ng gabi naibabot na ang unang death benefit check sa mga naulila ng isa sa mga healthcare worker na pumanaw.

Mayroon ding dalawa pang tseke na naibigay na sa pamilya ng dalawang naulia ng nasawing healthcare workers sa Region 11.

Ang death benefit ay nagkakahalaga na P1 milyon.

Habang araw ng Biyernes (June 5) sampu pang pamilya ang makatatanggap na din ng tulong-pinansyal.

Mayroon na ring mga tseke na naipadala na sa regional offices ng DOH.

Patuloy naman ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng DOH sa pamilya ng iba pang mga nasawing healthcare workers para ma-claim ang kanilang benepisyo.

Una nang sinabi ng DOH na 32 healthcare workers ang nasawi dahil sa COVID-19.

Maliban sa pamilya ng mga nasawi, ang mga healthcare worker na tinamaan ng sakit ay makatatanggap din ng P100,000 na benepisyo.
