WATCH: Kalituhan sa biyahe, pagsakay sa EDSA napuna ng MMDA

Nakita na ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang posibleng dahilan kung bakit nalito ang ilang motorista at pasahero sa EDSA sa unang araw ng pagsailalim sa general community quarantine.
Ayon kay MMDA spokesperson Celine Pialago, apat ang mahahalagang obserbasyon na kanilang nakita.
Ipinarating na aniya ito sa mga kinauukulang ahensya.
