PNP Helpline 16677, nakatanggap na ng 304 tawag
Nakatanggap na ang Philippine National Police (PNP) Helpline 16677 ng 304 tawag mula sa iba’t ibang parte ng bansa.
Ayon kay Police Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac, tagapagsalita ng PNP, ito ay naitala sa nakalipas na dalawang oras.
“In just two days, the newly-launched PNP Helpline 16677 has handled and acted upon 304 calls coming from different parts of the country,” pahayag ni Banac.
Ipinaliwanag naman ni PNP Chief General Archie Gamboa ang kahalagahan ng hotline para sa pagsagot ng mga katanungan ng publiko.
“The hotline is a quick response mechanism to assure the public that the PNP is ready to assist them at all times through the relevant and timely release of information, guidelines and updated regulations,” ani Banac.
Maliban sa bagong lunsad na PNP Helpline, nasa kabuuang 8,102 tawag at mensaheng reklamo, katanungan at iba pa ang natanggap ng Joint Task Force COVID Shield sa kasagsagan ng 75 araw ng quarantine period.
