Office of the Ombudsman, magpapatupad ng ‘no walk-in policy’ sa clearance section

Magpapatupad na ang Office of the Ombudsman ng “no walk-in policy” sa Clearance Section ng kanilang tanggapan sa Quezon City.

Bahagi ito ng alternatibong work arrangement bunsod ng pagsailalim sa general community quarantine ng Metro Manila at iba pang lugar sa bansa.

Para makakuha ng Clearance service, maaaring makapagsagawa ng appointment online sa pamamagitan ng website ng Ombudsman na www.ombudsman.gov.ph (Key Services).

Sinabi pa nito na ang paglalabas ng clearance ay ipapadala via mail o courier upang hindi magkaroon ng direct contact.

Sa kasagsagan ng GCQ, suspendido pa rin ang Request for Assistance function ng Public Assistance Bureau (PAB) at Public Assistance and Corruption Prevention Bureaus (PACPB).

Sinabi ng Ombudsman na “until further notice” epektibo ang suspensyon ng nasabing serbisyo.

“These policies are being adopted to protect the transacting public and the skeletal workforce of the Office of the Ombudsman,” batay pa sa abiso.
