SolGen Calida dumalo sa pagdnig ng kamara kaugnay sa prangkisa ng ABS-CBN

Present sa pamamagitan ng video conference si Solicitor General Jose Calida sa pagdinig ng Kamara kaugnay sa prangkisa ng ABS-CBN.

Noong May 26 nang unang magsagawa ng pagdinig ay hindi dumalo si Calida at idinahilan nito ang mga petisyon na nakabinbin sa Korte Suprema kaugnay sa isyu

Pero inatasan ni House committee on good governance and accountability chairman Jose Antonio Sy-Alvarado si Calida na dumalo na sa pagdinig ngayong araw.

Pinapaliwanag din ni Sy-Alvardo si Calida kung bakit hindi niya sinipot ang unang pagdinig at kung bakit hindi siya dapat mapatawan ng contempt dahil dito.

Samantala, hiniling naman ni Deputy Speaker Rodante Marcoleta na maimbita sa susunod na pagdinig si ABS-CBN Chairman Gabby Lopez para masagot nito ang isyu tungkol sa kaniyang citizenship.
